• Karachi: 3–4 working days
• Other cities in Pakistan: 5–6 working days
• International (outside Pakistan): 7–10 working days after payment confirmation

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only if you receive the wrong color or wrong product.
• Items must be in the same condition as when you received them to be eligible for an exchange.

Damages and Issues

• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
• If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away with clear images so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

• Custom products, including special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned.
• Sale items are also non-returnable.
